This textbook
introduces students to Hotel and Restaurant
English. Through the exploration of various
themes, students will improve their
understanding of English vocabularies and
common English expressions. The ultimate
goal of this course is to prepare students
for working in the hospitality industry.

Class Attendance,
Participation, and Performance 20%
(including quizzes, in-class work, and
homework) 課堂出席,參與課堂討論,課堂表現(包含小考,課堂作業及功課),
Group Presentation 小組報告 10%, Midterm Exam
期中考30%, Final Exam 期末考30%, 外語學習護照 10%
(參加語言中心或是樂英社舉辦的活動) *考取多益證照350分,總學期分數加10分!!! |
